He started his career working for a small consulting firm in Atlanta and has had the opportunity to work for some of the top Staffing Firms in the industry. One of Al’s biggest strengths is locating high level talent and matching those candidate capabilities with current client needs. He enjoys assisting candidates with their career progression. Al attended Norfolk State University and finished his studies in 1997.
Tami Squaire, Senior Talent Advisor joined TrueBridge Resources in 2011. Tami brings more than 20 years of professional experience to TrueBridge Resources including mystery shopping, agency and corporate recruiting and sales. She started her HR career in retail with Rich’s/Lazarus/Goldsmith’s – now Macy’s and was recruited into the world of pharmaceutical and national retail staffing. Upon her introduction to agency staffing she found her niche and began staffing technology and non-technical personnel for national and international companies. Tami has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shorter College, having begun her education in Electrical Engineering at Howard University.
