Biography McNeese-Hargett-Maya     

Maya McNeese-Hargett is a Software Engineering Manager, author, and small business owner. Maya leverages her talents to provide resources, coaching, and empowerment to those desiring HR and IT SaaS application thought leadership, financial guidance, process improvement, program management, or personal profile development.

Maya earned her BA degree in Economics with a Mathematics minor from The University of Illinois and an MBA degree with a Marketing concentration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has also achieved LEAN coaching and Change Management coaching certifications.

Maya and her husband serve as Victory Church's volunteer finance ministry leaders for the past six years which has enabled them see hundreds of people receive biblical, financial literacy and positively impact their overall financial trajectories. Maya created an award-winning small business mentoring program as part of UPS' Corporate Women's Leadership Development Business Connections Committee that positively impacts small business owners within the Southeast region.
