Presentation Details

Andy will speak about his current organization and his role within it, which heavily leverages both his operational and financial background by leading a team which develops a system of process, reporting and analysis for the capital investment portfolio which meet and exceed industry best practices.
Andy will also describe how these practices were used in the transformational initiatives that he has led at Cox such as the partnership with Comcast in the wholesale syndication of the Xfinity X1 video product, and will also discuss present and future challenges that he and his team are tackling such as Network Transformation 2.0 and Sales Desktop.

Andy is a CPA and Finance and Operations Executive with 20+ yrs. of experience in accounting, financial reporting, product strategy, and program/portfolio management. As a key member of Cox’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), he develops industry-leading processes, reporting, and analysis of a $300 million capital investment portfolio.
