Presentation Details:

We will hold our ever-popular backlog planning exercise, where you (the Agile Forum audience) tell us (the Agile Forum volunteers) what topics/speakers you would like to hear about throughout the year. This is one of our most popular and well-attended events annually. We will illustrate how you can use gamification to help plan your project backlog in using it to plan ours. We will mix old and new techniques to generate a robust list of Agile topics we hope to address this year, with your help. Whether you are a long-time, regular Agile Forum attendee, or a newcomer to Agile, there will be something for you to take away and use in your projects/organizations
