Keynote Presentation Details:

You have both the responsibility and control over how you respond to a situation. Disagreements or conflicting views can occur in any direction—with your superiors, with your peers or colleagues, with your direct reports or staff, or with your customers and clients. No matter what your position within the organization, you play a role in creating a culture in which directness, candor, problem solving and resolution can occur. Leaders within your organization will learn insights and tips for tackling the most prevalent difficult conversations and how best to prepare for them.

Participants will leave the presentation:

• Learning why we avoid difficult conversations at work
• Understanding the 9 most common difficult conversations people avoid and the tips to overcome them
• Committing to the most powerful tool anyone can use to overcome difficult conversations—the act of preparation
