PMI Atlanta Technology Forum provides an environment for Project Managers to adopt and benefit from the latest technology in their professional life and career. The forum also plans to bring speakers to discuss and share the best practices in technology.

Presentation

This presentation will focus on key change management practices, which are often overlooked during large-scale transformational changes. Learn simple, common-sense techniques on how to identify skill vs. will performance issues, as well as best practice training and communication approaches.

Biography  

Glen Hasling excels at analyzing human performance and organizational problems to devise holistic learning and non-learning solutions. He has designed and developed measurable and scalable performance strategies around people, processes, and tools.

Glen formulated his techniques using learning design and development, change management, knowledge management, and process improvement approaches for global organizations such as Honeywell, Equifax, Home Depot, Citi, and Accenture. His skill set is largely transferrable, which has allowed him to be industry-agnostic and work in various fields such as SaaS, ERP, product management, retail, financial services, and contact centers.

Glen has a master’s degree in Instructional Design, is Six Sigma certified, and is a recovering PMP. He is on the board of trustees at the Chattahoochee Nature Center in Roswell, GA, and is the father of college-aged triplet boys.
