This presentation will focus on the concepts that are underlying the transition that so many companies are engaged in moving to this new software operating model. What are the strengths and weaknesses of using a SaaS model and how does it impact you as a project or program manager. What you need to understand in getting ready to lead a SaaS project.

Biography  

Neil Rivenburgh has 30 years of experience leading major projects, PMOs and Product Development. He has worked at UPS, BellSouth, Japan Times, Philips, and other companies. He is currently the Director of Product Management and Operations at Honeywell. Neil has an MBA from Georgia Tech.
