The Agile Forum meetings offer an opportunity for professional networking and knowledge sharing with other agile  practitioners as well as provide a learning environment for professionals interested in learning about agile techniques. Everyone is welcome to participate.        

Presentation Details

This will be a dynamic session, with interactive activities, where you will learn about the distinctions between a project and product mindset. We will examine how an organization initiated cultivating a product mindset throughout the enterprise; a scalable, repeatable model that covers all the Product Management and Ownership Personas in a journey with regular ongoing improvement actions. Join us and find out what bridge the Product Personas need to build.

Biography    

Raju K has 28 years of total experience and 14+ years in Agile Transformations with Fortune 500 customers across Automobile, Telecom, Manufacturing, Banking & Finance, and Airline domains. Raju is an Enterprise Agile Coach, Professional Scrum Trainer, ProKanban Trainer, Scaled Agile SPC, and Certified Leadership Coach. He has worked in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He is an Associate Vice President at Xebia, where he handles alliances and partnerships, supports sales teams in acquiring customers, and works with Account and Delivery Managers in providing excellent service. Raju is also a community servant by passion, founder of Atlanta Agile Community (a Scrum Alliance User Group) and regularly speaks at various events and forums.
