The PMI Atlanta Chapter serves the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia area. Sponsorship at this chapter offers a tremendous opportunity to support the Project Management profession while exposing your company's products and services to our 4500+ members and over 8000+ subscribers. PMI Atlanta is one of the three largest chapters in the world and its members are employed across a myriad of industries, with a majority in the IT and Telecommunication sectors. Our depth and breadth of membership has various needs for community outreach programs, educational opportunities and professional networking. We have also made a significant impact in the local business community with our PM Mentoring and Corporate Liaison programs. PMI Atlanta recently received an award for its part in supporting the local IT community.

• Our monthly chapter meetings are attended by up to 400 local project management practitioners and are open to members and non-members. More than half of member attendees are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP®).
• Our monthly downtown lunch meetings attract over 100 attendees, mostly in the government sector while our Alpharetta lunch meetings attract over 150 attendees, mostly in the business sector.
• Our newsletter is circulated electronically to over 8,000+ active members & subscribers, twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.
• Our chapter website receives frequent visits from guests, members and other Project Management professionals.

The PMI Atlanta Chapter is pleased to offer a variety of sponsorship options. Descriptions for each of these sponsorship options are presented below.

I. Special Full-Day Symposium Sponsorship Opportunity
For Special Symposium Sponsorship, PMI Atlanta offers the following levels of sponsorship:Levels and Description of Sponsorship Packages will Vary Depending on Event. Contact VP – Marketing or Chair – Sponsorship for specific details for a given event. PDD will have its own website with sponsorship details, 3 – 4 months prior to the event.

Benefit to the Chapter:
Help defray operational costs of the Symposium such as printed materials, promotion, travel expenses, etc.

NOTE: Symposium events are not offered on a recurring schedule. These events are special events offered occasionally throughout the year. Please check our website Events page to see if any Symposium events are scheduled.


II. Monthly Dinner Meetings Sponsorships - $1000
Benefits at the Sponsored Monthly Dinner Include:

• Rolling logo/promotion display via PowerPoint presentation during dinner. The display information must be sent to marketing two (2) weeks prior to the event.
• The Sponsor will be recognized at the event and given up to five (5) minutes to promote the company or interest area.
• Welcome Board at Entrance of Dinner Meeting Room Announcing Event Sponsor and Names of those Sponsor Contacts Attending the Evenings Event
• Two complimentary dinner reservations.
• Additional dinner reservations at the membership rate (a savings off the guest rate).
• Display Table during the Pre-Dinner Networking Event
• Recognition on the Chapter website via display of sponsor name, address, description & website link.
• Recognition on the TeckLINKS website via display of sponsor name and website link attached to the announcement of the PMI Dinner Event.

Display Table ONLY during the Pre-Dinner Networking Events - $250Benefit to the Chapter:

• Helps defray the operational costs of the meeting such as Audio/Visual, speaker's fees, and offset some of membership dinner costs, etc.

III. Monthly Downtown Lunch Meetings Sponsorships - $500
Benefits at the Sponsored Downtown Lunch Meeting Include:

• Rolling logo/promotion display via PowerPoint presentation during lunch. The display information must be sent to marketing two (2) weeks prior to the event.
• The Sponsor will be recognized at the event and given up to five (5) minutes to promote the company or interest area.
• Welcome Board at Entrance of Dinner Meeting Room Announcing Event Sponsor and Names of those Sponsor Contacts Attending the Evenings Event
• Two complimentary lunch reservations.
• Additional lunch reservations at the membership rate (a savings off the guest rate).
• Display Table during the Pre-Lunch Networking hour
• Recognition on the Chapter website via display of sponsor name, address, description & website link.

IV. Monthly Electronic Newsletter
Place your name, logo and description in front of over 8,000+ members and subscribers twice a month. Save up to $600 by sponsoring multiple issues.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
Each issue consists of only one distribution per month.

Benefits of sponsoring the newsletter are:

• The electronic Newsletter will be sent twice a month on the 1st and 15th of every month.
• This newsletter is being sent to over 8,000+ subscribers including PMI Atlanta members.

Benefit to the Chapter:

• Helps defray the monthly cost for our e-mail newsletter service.

V. Annual Platinum & Gold Chapter Sponsorship - $12,000 to $25,000
Benefits at All Events and Special Advertising Opportunities Exist:

• Banner at Key Meetings and Events.
• Full Sponsorship Privileges at One (1) Dinner and Each (2) Lunch Location.
• Two complimentary lunch or dinner reservations at all monthly meetings.
• Platinum or Gold Privileges at PDD or Special Symposiums.
• Prominent Display on New and Updated PMI – Atlanta Chapter Website including sponsor name, address, description & website link.
• Display Table during any pre-event networking.
• Ability to place flyers or brochures on chairs during lunch and dinner meetings.
• Recognition and Display on Professional Brochures Targeted to Business Community, Membership, and Future Membership.
• Time frame is a 12-month running period; it does not have to begin on any particular month.

Benefit to the Chapter:

• Helps defray the chapters overall operational costs. It provides tremendous opportunities for the chapter to provide maximum networking, increased continuous learning opportunities, increased awareness and exposure (marketing) to the business and local general community, and major events such as PDD to build, provide, and maintain maximum value to the membership and sponsors.

Please ask us for a sample copy of the newsletter so you could see the size of graphic and limited HTML capabilities we have. The graphic MUST be hosted on your site and only one hyperlink is permitted at the end of the copy. We can make minor formatting changes (bold, italics, coloring a word) but we don't have a Creative Department to make extensive ad appeal changes. Thanks for your cooperation.
