With more than 30 years of professional experience, including 5 years working internationally, Brad has served as the Executive Director of IT for the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business since 2001.  In addition to successfully transforming the Terry College Office of IT into an effective and efficient customer service team, Brad has been an active participant in IT leadership for the University of Georgia.  Notable university level activities include appointments on the Research Computing Advisory Committee, Chair of the Provost's 2003 IT Task Force which identified strategic needs of the institution and crafted early versions of an IT governance structure, participation on the CIO's Advisory Committee, Chair of IT Security Advisory Committee and served a 2 year term as the Chair of UGA's IT Management Forum (IT Directors from throughout the institution).  Brad has been a member of the Technology in Business Schools Roundtable since 2006 and is currently the Board Chair for the organization.

Brad began his career with Chevron Corporation as a Petroleum Engineer and quickly shifted to the Information Technology field when personal computers were introduced within corporations in the mid-1980s.   Brad has worked at all levels of IT organizations, beginning as a PC Support Specialist and progressing to CIO with TengizChevroil, Chevron’s joint venture company located in Kazakhstan.  Other international assignments include a three-year resident assignment in Lagos, Nigeria and other project related activities that crossed cultural and national boundaries.
