Now, you know the new website is up and running since June 17, 2014 late evening and functioning as expected. So, what's the new news here? That's a very obvious question, right? At times we forget what we have done yesterday. Look at this new and recent roll-out of our website and it is already Day 7. While some of you might have already found your way to navigate through this new website by now and some of you might think, what's in it for me, right? So, we thought of taking this opportunity to provide some key features and pointers to you all. We are sure you will like the easy and user-friendly features. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, too.
First, see the new look & feel of our Top Menu. HOME button is the PMI Atlanta Chapter ICON. Click this ICON to go to Home Page at any time. Click here to see the FAQ about the New Website. It is a Single Sign On (SSO) website, where you can login with Your PMI.ORG Credentials (User ID and password are the same as PMI.ORG). This is very important to get the member discounts (as applicable) when you register for the events.
Click MyPMI, VRMS (left side panel) from this site to see/update PMI.ORG information about you and your volunteership roles. Also, record your PDUs using CCRS via this SSO. Scroll down to see the Stay Informed box on the left side panel to opt-in and/or opt-out from communication newsletters from our Chapter.
Every article has the social media link now to share with your colleagues, friends and families. Click on My Registrations from the Home Page in the User Menu box to see the list of events you registered with the Chapter. Finally, click the Event Calendar to see the scheduled events or Event List to filter it by month & year.
Last, but not least, you can register to the events via Secured Credit or Debit Card processing such as PayPal, where you do not need to be a PayPal member or if you prefer, you can use Authorized.NET. Both payment gateways will accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX cards. All these new features are incorporated to keep it simple to benefit you, the members at large.
