The PMI Atlanta Board is working hard to make sure we are addressing the business of the chapter.  Accordingly, the board meeting on Saturday, January 23rd, had a full agenda.   As with most project teams, the board established its meeting and relationship norms before jumping headfirst into the 2010 needs and goals of PMI Atlanta.

One of the board's initiatives for this year will be the celebration of Heritage Month activities.  The celebrations will start in February and continue into other selected months throughout the year.

Coming in March, the chapter's monthly dinner meeting will have a change in format and venue.  The dinner event will be held on March 8th at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia. Then, on March 19th, PMI Atlanta will hold its first, “Breakfast with the Board” meeting.  Details about both events will be posted on the chapter's Web site (http://www.pmiatlanta.org) in the coming weeks.
