Objective: To provide a pragmatic overview of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.

Who uses it and how? Does it work? Case-studies?
(2) Agile Project Management with Scrum
Objective: To develop a thorough understanding of this lightweight project management framework, recognize its potential, identify its uses, and experience the difference it makes through actual projects.

How do you scale Scrum?

(3) PMBOK ® Guide and Agile Project Management
Objective: To explore the correlation between Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK ® Guide and Agile methodologies.

How does the PMBOK ® Guide support Agile methodologies?
How do Waterfall and Scrum life-cycles compare?
Pragmatic implementation of PMBOK ® Guide processes in Traditional and Agile approaches.
(4) The Agile PMP®
Objective: To explore how a certified PMP® can be more valuable to his team and organization by adding Agile knowledge to his/her tool-box.

Instructor Bio:
As an Agile Coach, Karlheinz Muenchow helps companies reach their productivity potential by developing and implementing practical applications of Agile Product Development that increase productivity and quality, reduce cycle times, and fosters an environment to create, innovate, and lead.
Karl is guiding large-scale Agile Product Development adoptions and focuses on applying Agile to all domains in the value chain such as software, hardware, firmware, embedded software, supply-chain, deployment, and business domains that often require the complex coupling of Agile with Stage-Gate processes.
Besides holding a Diploma Engineering Degree from the University of Reutlingen, Germany, Karl is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Project Management Professional (PMP®).
