MORNING SESSION:
Inspirational Leadership

It is a disheartening feeling to know that often the success or failure of your project is in the hands of skilled workers who DON’T work for you! You can’t control their schedule. You don’t approve their salary. But, they decide the fate of your project.
In this session, Lee will show you how you can easily utilize simple tools and techniques to influence and inspire the “loaned” matrix resources that have been assigned to your projects. Real world examples will be used to provide a framework to create a human baseline for realizing the possibilities of influencing those project resources who don’t report to you.
Students will learn how to:
1. Enhance productivity and project loyalty while developing high performance teams
2. Analyze their own leadership style’s potential
